Qualifies, quotes, and closes commercial opportunities generated from our Residential Division.
Participates in sales calls to support Residential Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and Territory Managers with commercial opportunities.
Coordinates with Territory Managers to ensure smooth collaboration on commercial opportunities originating from the Residential Division.
Processes inbound commercial requests from qualified residential dealers.
Develops strategies to increase commercial sales through the existing residential dealer network.
Leverages overlay product specialists as needed to unlock expansion opportunities within commercial quotes.
Monitors commercial market spend from residential dealers and their relationship with Lennox, identifying high-potential accounts for further commercial development.
Provide feedback to sales leadership on market trends and dealer needs related to commercial quoting.

Familiarity with commercial HVAC products and solutions is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategy, sales techniques, and CRM systems management.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales support, quoting, or inside sales, preferably in HVAC or a related industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
