- A minimum of 10 years of property management experience with prior exposure to large scale and complex properties, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior level position.
- Experience managing budgets and creating long-term vision and strategic plans that have benefited a team or organization, such as reducing costs while keeping quality and customer satisfaction top-of-mind.
- Prior experience managing complex situations with a strong focus on customer service and customer satisfaction.
- A post-secondary educational background.
- An ability to assess process improvement opportunities and make recommendations.
- Proven successes in reducing energy management and increasing property profitability.
- Previous people management experience with proven success in succession planning and grooming staff.
