5G Feild Manager

Be part of building the future of wireless. We’re looking for driven field engineers to lead on-the-ground execution of Nokia integration for T-Mobile’s 5G rollout. This role combines hands-on technical work with crew leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time delivery.

• Execute site construction, commissioning, integration, and troubleshooting of Nokia systems (LTE/5G/UMTS/GSM).
• Verify site quality, document with closeout packages, and submit timely reporting.
• Troubleshoot RBS, transmission, and cabinet/rack-mounted equipment.
• Manage tower work, including installation, antenna/RF configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with suppliers, equipment vendors, and client teams for seamless execution.
• Run scoping, planning, and closeout activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Lead and oversee GC crews on site (tower, civil, electrical, RF).
• Perform microwave installation, alignment, and commissioning.
• Monitor EHS compliance (OSHA, Nokia, T-Mobile, turf vendor standards) and ensure safe operations at all times.

BTS NodeB Mimo 5G Rollout Managers

• Strong hands-on skills with Nokia 5G/LTE integration & troubleshooting.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• 5+ years of wireless rollout experience, including T-Mobile network projects.
• Flexibility for travel, varied hours, and outdoor site work.
• Experience leading crews (GC, tower, integration) with proven results.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of microwave, RF, and fiber transmission.
