Description

Identify and monitor long lead items and scheduling requirements
Assist with commissioning of systems in collaboration with project-wide commissioning teams
Prepare documentation for energising/de-energising of services as required
Contribute to construction sequencing to minimise trade conflicts
Assist Fitout teams with planning and programming of works
Liaise with contract administration to assist in tender evaluations and scope reviews
Assist in resolving interface issues between trades
Support on-site problem solving as required
Provide input into cost forecasting for services trades
Ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings
Support coordination between all building services trades
Attend design and coordination meetings as directed by the Project or Senior Engineer
Support the management of temporary services to ensure safe working conditions
Requirements

Trade background with experience in building services coordination
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of Quality, Safety, Environmental and Project Design Management Plans
Ability to work effectively within a project team and manage competing priorities
Degree or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline, or
2–5 years’ experience in a relevant discipline (Electrical or Mechanical)
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality risk management principles
