Oversee regional general contracting projects, ensure safety, quality, profitability

Tasks
-Ensure the profitability of the region by effectively managing the team and processes with the tools one has available. -Determine solutions to project issues, including but not limited to, field resource management, workload balance, job site conditions, product management issues, etc. -24-hour response to all inquiries. -Assess daily operational situations for crisis management, safety, and escalation protocol. -Verify the implementation of solutions. -Identify resource or employee concerns and act promptly to resolve and engage appropriate HR or WTI management. -Participate in the Preventive and Corrective Action process with responsibility and authority to: -Forecasting POC for work in progress for projected revenue purposes -Review overall project quality score -Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. -Holding Construction Managers Accountable for the following Metrics: -Direct Project Manager, technicians, and superintendents. -Act as a liaison between headquarters and the field to ensure that effective two-way communication takes place, and that positive results are achieved. -Ensure documentation on employee issues is prompt and submitted to HR. -Coordinate work with Program Managers, Sales & Service Support, Customer Management (WTI & Tremco Roofing and Resource Management. -Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to service, process, and quality. -Identify and record any service, process, or quality system problems. -Review POC from CM's weekly to ensure it is submitted on time and is being filled out properly. -Travel to customer or sales meeting as needed to support business or account activities. -Travel to job sites as needed to provide support to account resources (including rooftop projects). -Act as an agent of change and improvement and adapt quickly to changing business priorities. -Can service customers in a compliant and financially solvent manner -Assist when needed for change order negotiation and approval. -GC Manager will have Cost Model approval authority for projects where the Gross Margin for Service is less than the stated requirements. Further approvals may be needed. -Assist when needed to review proposals received, conduct contractor interviews for specification and contractual compliance. Approve Proposals for submission (i.e., pricing, specification, scope). -Manage key metrics and report regularly or as required. -Control further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the -Accountable for regional cost/budget variance & profitability as it relates to General Contracting. -Ensure Construction Managers are setting project timelines and goals. -Accountable for regional Quality Assurance. -Direct WTI personnel and work cross-functionally with other Tremco and WTI external and internal departments to maximize efforts and results in sales, compliance, safety, and profitability.

What You Bring
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to make professional presentations to others -Degree Level Bachelor's Degree -Intermediate skills with financial data and mathematics (understanding statistics, business metrics, gross margin, operating income, cost management, etc.) -Deep understanding of line items and helping with complex bids to develop line items for projects. -Strong computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc. -e-Builder, e-mail, web, SAP, Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, others TBD -Must have excellent organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment -Understanding of State and Local construction code compliance -Technical knowledge of all products and services that WTI offers. -Deep understanding of Tremco / WTI policies and procedures. -Understanding of financial reports -Able to create performance reporting. -Understanding of Tremco, WTI, and OSHA safety requirements. -Understanding of contract management and processes -Deep understanding of all Construction Management tasks -Superior written, oral, and digital communication skills. -Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service approach when dealing with sales reps. -Understanding of subcontractor agreement and corrective measures of notification to subcontractor per the executed agreement. -Strong problem resolution skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all personality types -10-hour OSHA minimum (will provide if not current) -Computer Literacy -Must be able to create strategic plans and measure and analyze results -Must be able to use technology to perform company tasks (expense management, time keeping systems, intranet, etc.)
