Develop an agreed mechanism to interpret “story point” into business units (e.g. Hour or Doller etc.)
Ensure the product backlog’s Epic/User stories are estimated as per the agreed estimation technique
Coordinate among Functional owner Team and development-scrum team(s) to set up effective SCRUM modality
Lead SCRUM ceremonies for the Functional owner team as defined
Facilitate communication, resolve team conflicts, and remove impediments to progress.
Publish progress report as per agreed frequency on the defined metrics, like - product backlog burndown, overall velocity etc.
Coordinate among functional owner(s) from Quality team and development teams to develop Product Backlog
Represent Functional Owner team in SCRUM ceremonies (like Planning, Daily Stand-up, Demo, Retrospective etc.) of the IQPS development team(s)
Perform acceptance testing along with Functional Owners to ensure the user stories are getting completed as per agreed criteria
Responsible for developing and maintaining the Product Backlog from Quality for IQPS development
Project purpose. The individual will work along with IQPS (Integrated Quality Performance Suite) Functional Owner team from Quality to define the Epic/User Stories for the required product requirements and share with the IQPS development team for deployment. The individual will guide the Functional Owner team to define good quality Epic/User Stories and coordinate with the IQPS development-scrum team(s) to ensure required understanding shared for deployment. The individual will guide teams to stay on track with the best industry practices, fine-tuning their approach to ensure that overall business strategy is being met.
Progress Report on Product Backlog as per agreed frequency on the agreed metrics, like - Burndown, overall velocity etc.
Develop clear, concise, and actionable Epic/User Story as the IQPS product requirements along with acceptance criteria
Lead IQPS Product Backlog grooming and prioritization
Risk Register to indicate the risk of completing the IQPS Product Backlog’s requirements with mitigation plan
Promote a culture of learning and improvement within the Functional Owner team through retrospectives
Work closely along with IQPS development scrum team to ensure on-time requirements clarification availability
