What you would be doing

- Coordinate the design requirements for each work area with all parties involved including, Design Manager, Principal designer, Temporary Works Department and third party supplier/Manufacturers.
- Liaise with quality department to ensure processes are in place for the preparation, review and briefing of all quality documents and procedures associated with new work areas
- Ensuring realistic programmes are prepared, managed, monitored and reviewed prior to handover to delivery team.
- Managing, supervising and mentoring the project team as appropriate.
- Liaise and maintain a close work relationship with the client to identify new opportunities and develop all work areas from pre-construction stage to delivery stage.
- Manage and oversee the pre-construction process for all scope of work within the Civil Framework at HPC. This includes planning, estimating, design deliverables, quality documentation and programme.
- Liaise with quality department to ensure processes are in place for the preparation, review and briefing of all quality documents and procedures associated with new work areas.

- Previous experience with software-based quality system (Dalux or similar)
- Knowledge of Civil Engineering or Academic qualification sufficient to attain Chartered member level of ICE.
- High level of IT skills including Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Good knowledge of digital engineering software ( Autocad, Civil 3D, Naviswork)
- Previous experience in Temporary Works (TWC and/or TWD)
- Prior experience in Civil Construction Engineering at Sub Agent / Agent Level
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in highly regulated environments
