The Assistant Sales Manager supports the Sales Manager at the branch by championing initiatives that enhance sales productivity, developing strategies to improve sales processes, and collaboratively leading a team of Outside Sales Representatives. This role is integral to driving customer‑satisfaction initiatives across the sales team and achieving overall sales and organizational success.
Key responsibilities include ensuring professional presentations to customers, training and developing sales representatives to meet targets, maintaining product knowledge and effective marketing techniques, conducting ride‑alongs to refine techniques, handling customer concerns, leading by example, and managing warm leads and an independent book of business while maintaining reliable attendance.
Ideal candidates have 2‑3 years of experience leading sales teams, exceptional communication and problem‑solving skills, a strong work ethic, integrity, humility, and a desire to build an industry‑leading sales team. Proven leadership ability, superior knowledge of sales techniques, and high organization are essential; in‑home sales experience is a plus.

The position is full‑time onsite with frequent travel within the territory, offering a base salary of $30‑35,000 DOE plus COLA, annual bonus potential after training, equity participation, comprehensive benefits, company ownership opportunities, industry‑leading training programs, and clear career growth tracks.
