- Act operationally as Sponsor, Project Director, and/or Project Manager on strategic and important projects.
- Within the USA, ensure coordination across multiple sites and coordination with Atlas regional technical assets.
- Represent Atlas in steering committees, regulatory discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
- Define and implement Atlas strategic approach to SMR/MR/NFF construction projects in collaboration with clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage portfolios of projects, ensuring delivery on scope, on time, within budget, ensuring client satisfaction and respect of the highest safety and quality standards.
- Implement project governance, risk management, and financial performance monitoring frameworks in collaboration with operational performance and support teams.
- Participation in nuclear industry forums, committees, etc.
- Ensure alignment with Atlas group policies, national energy strategies and national nuclear standards.
- Testing designated position (drug screening) may be required based on client requirements

- Knowledge of contracting practices/standards for Fixed-Price and Time & Materials contracts.
- Ability to review or write technical reports and recognize and implement risk strategies for client needs.
- Knowledge of GeoTechnical and CMT testing and inspection practices.
- 7-13 yrs experience with commercial or government nuclear projects or operations.
- Knowledge of Naval Nuclear/Inst of Nuclear Power Operations principles.
- Knowledge of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensing requirements to support pre-construction and Combined License activities.
- Knowledge of industry Quality Assurance principles as addressed in ASME NQA-1 and ISO 17025 programs.
- Demonstrated leadership of technical disciplines and complex technical problems for major infrastructure projects.
- Ability to travel 10-25%
- Familiar with industry Profit and Loss (P&L) strategies to optimize Atlas and client success.
- Ability to obtain a Department of Energy “L” clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship, may be necessary for certain projects.
- Bachelor's degree in science with 10-13 yrs or master's with 7+ yrs.
