You'll work directly under the Property & Leasing Manager and be responsible for leasing out all the residential units (189 vacant) in the building. You'll be based right on-site at the new development, where you'll conduct property tours for prospective tenants, walk them through the application process, carry out regular inspections, assist with marketing efforts to attract new residents, and work to develop strong, positive relationships with all tenants to ensure they have a great living experience.
My client is looking for someone who ideally has leasing experience within residential real estate. They will however consider someone with a strong background in high end hospitality. You must have strong communication skills and be an organised and proactive individual. Strong customer service skills and the ability to make real connections with people would set you up for success.
