Monitor day‑to‑day technical operations activity for the site.
Support adequate supply of materials including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Coordinate with landlord team to ensure compliance with fire, health, safety, and building regulations.
Conduct weekly physical inventory for stock management and raise IMT requests.
Coordinate with vendor staff and on‑site staff to ensure smooth operation.
Routinely inspect the building, perform regular walk‑arounds, and raise tickets to close identified snags daily.
Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity.
Assess and analyze weekly and monthly M&E reports covering maintenance contracts, spare parts consumption, incident reports, and improvement projects.
Support assistant manager‑technical in identifying energy management, saving opportunities, and risk management.
Ensure preventive maintenance of electromechanical systems follows the 52‑week calendar.
Distribute 2‑minute GUTS surveys to users, act on feedback, and meet users daily to understand facilities services.
Track staff attendance through VMT tool.
Coordinate and support office renovation and refurbishment activities.
Assist assistant manager‑technical in forecasting regular and monthly expenditures.
Support procurement for regular and ad‑hoc technical activities.
Coordinate with vendors to receive monthly invoices on time.
Coordinate quarterly NDCs for principal and non‑principal vendors.
Provide training to the onsite team on equipment procedures and implementation.
Recommend continuous quality improvement practices.
Perform additional activities assigned by site services manager or client.
Proactively engage stakeholders to ensure on‑site client expectations are met through high levels of customer service.
Build and develop effective client and stakeholder relationships across multiple organisational levels.

Electrical Engineering graduate with at least 7 years of facility‑management experience.
