Servicing/Cash Management - loan level servicing including but not limited to billing, remittance reports, systems posting, cash management, loan disbursements, processing of borrower's requests.
Accounting Valuations – loan portfolio accounting, reporting and valuations.
Proactively communicate issues to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with finance teams reporting submissions and close tasks.
Cultivate both internal and external relationships to ensure proper service levels are achieved for each portfolio function.
Surveillance Monitoring - including the review of property monitoring reports and inspections/appraisals. Provide analytical support including historical trend analysis, risk analysis, property valuation, market analysis, borrower and tenant credit analysis and covenant adherence.
Investment and Corporate Accounting – cash lags, daily receipt accounts, monthly reconciliations and KIR reporting.
Banking Admin - managing multiple international banks and borrower relationships.
