As a Land Manager at LP3, you will play a crucial role in securing land agreements for renewable energy projects. From the initial engagement with landowners to the completion of legal agreements, you will manage multiple landowner contracts, ensuring projects move forward smoothly. You will balance the unique challenges of working with landowners while ensuring the technical and project requirements are met for successful delivery.

• Manage the end-to-end process of securing land agreements for renewable energy projects.
• Engage with landowners, negotiate agreements, and facilitate legal processes.
• Act as the key liaison between landowners, legal teams, and project stakeholders.
• Address challenges that arise related to land use and ownership, ensuring continuous project progress.
• Ensure land requirements align with project needs while maintaining positive landowner relationships.

• Proficiency in using maps; experience with GIS is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of landowner concerns and experience in resolving typical issues.
• Proven commercial negotiation skills, with experience working with legal professionals.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Location: Galway, Ireland (In-person, with travel required)
• Strategic thinking, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
• Work Authorisation: Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 50% travel required).
• Bachelor's degree (Level 8 or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Language: Fluent English (required)
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the renewable energy, land, agricultural, or property sectors.
• Experience: 5 years in Project Management, Property, or Agriculture (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office proficiency.
