Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Experience in acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration, including tracking synergies and cost-savings initiatives.
Proven ability to develop and mentor high-performing analytical teams.
7+ years of relevant experience, including managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
Experience with Salesforce, NS, and VENA.
Experience within a Private Equity-owned organization.
Ability to serve as a value-added business partner across all organizational functions.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a STEM field.
