  • Ensure timely payment of accounts payable, balancing business cash flow needs with payment terms.
  • Facilitate the issuance of remittance advices to suppliers and staff.
  • Supervise the maintenance of an organised filing system for all accounts payable transactions.
  • Manage the receipt and approval process for all invoices and outgoing payments in compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates effectively within and outside the team, promoting integrity and fluid communication to achieve shared goals.
  • Identify and implement improvements in AP processes, policies, and systems.
  • Oversee the end-to-end processing of accounts payable transactions within the financial system.
  • Manage staff reimbursement claims and petty cash disbursements on a fortnightly basis.
  • Ensure accurate processing of GST for all outgoing payments.
  • Proactively follows and enhances procedures, setting a professional example and continuously updating knowledge.
  • Conduct key supplier account reconciliations, including those for company credit cards and cab charges.

  • Highly developed computer literacy skills, including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email.

  • Higher/secondary education or equivalent with accounting background
