  • Ensuring that quality standards are maintained.
  • Assigns employees to appropriate work stations, ensures components and materials are available for use and assists employees with assigned duties.
  • On a regular basis, Team Leader should be available to answer questions and assist employees when the Supervisor is not available.
  • Demonstrate and implement change.
  • Keeping track and assisting Supervisor with team members’ attendance records, work schedules and PTO schedules.
  • Enforces company policies fair and consistently.
  • Keeps a neat and clean work zone.
  • Assists with the screening and interviewing of potential employees and submits recommendations.
  • Trains, monitors and evaluates performance.
  • Plans and coordinates work.
  • Provide leadership and work in a team environment to support business objectives.
  • May recommend counseling and/or disciplinary actions.
