- Data Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and maintain robust data strategies for centralizing disparate supply chain data sources (e.g., procurement, logistics, inventory, demand forecasting). Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for various stakeholders
- Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Capacity and Inventory Planning, Procurement Managers, Engineering, Finance, Operations) to support demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning initiatives
- Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain sophisticated analytical models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs). Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement across the entire supply chain lifecycle
- Long-Term Vision (ML/AI): Explore and champion the adoption of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to further optimize supply chain processes, including predictive analytics for demand, risk assessment, and autonomous decision-making. Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies
- Automation & Process Optimization: Proactively identify manual, repetitive tasks within the supply chain and develop automated solutions (e.g., scripts, macros, workflow automation tools) to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and free up resources for more strategic work.
- Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement: Lead root cause analysis for supply chain issues, propose data-backed solutions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels
