A valid Driver’s License
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Technology: Proficiency with Assemble, OST, CAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
Minimum of two years of experience as part of a preconstruction or construction operations team
Experience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methods
Professional degree in construction management or a related field (mechanical or civil engineering, construction technology, architecture, business administration)
Willingness to relocate to or near Peoria, IL_.
Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
Expectations: Attention to detail, excellent communication (written and verbal), strong organizational skills, ability to interact as part of a team
Preferred Experience with Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam and Procore, Adobe Creative Suite
