Expertise in Revit modeling for civil structures, delivering full 3D models and construction documentation
Familiarity with Civil 3D and other design platforms
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, including mentoring junior staff
Capability in CDE setup and management (ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud)
Commercial awareness and client relationship management skills
