Vice President of Construction

Description

This is a key executive hire responsible for project delivery, team leadership, operational strategy and driving companywide growth.

• Drive improvements in systems, processes and operational structure
• Ensure strong performance across schedule, budget, safety and quality
• Oversee PMs, Superintendents, Preconstruction and Field Teams
• Support business development and market expansion initiatives
• Lead construction operations across ground-up multifamily and commercial projects
• Strengthen client relationships and support major project pursuits
• Collaborate with ownership on forecasting, hiring needs and long-term strategy

Requirements

• Excellent client-facing communication and executive presence
• Ability to build high-performing teams and mentor senior staff
• Strong pipeline of multifamily + commercial work
• Proven leadership overseeing teams on $10M–$150M+ projects
• Experience growing or stabilizing a construction division is a plus
• Strong operational, financial and strategic management skills
• 10+ years’ experience in construction, including multifamily + commercial

💰 $180,000 – $220,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits
