Attend and minute pre-contract meetings
Prepare building pathology reports, defect diagnosis and technical assessments
Liaise with contractors and consultants to support programme and cashflow
Issue instructions, certificates and notices
Undertake detailed building inspections across residential and public-sector assets
Work directly with Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Developers and public-sector
Organise and manage investigations, surveys and due diligence
Maintain risk registers and contribute to project programmes
Provide clear, timely updates and professional advice
Support procurement using JCT Design & Build and JCT PCSA contracts
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Carry out regular site inspections and progress monitoring
Review drawings, prepare audit checklists and maintain accurate project documentation
Undertake snagging, de-snagging and assist with handover processes
Prepare and assist with tender documentation, including Employer’s Requirements and
Run remediation and new-build residential projects with increasing autonomy
Assist with value-for-money assessments
