Participate in planning efforts and review post-delivery work specifications and ECPS.
Review work items for technical accuracy.
Deliver onsite engineering support during post-delivery availabilities.
Resolve HM&E engineering design and technical issues of the HM&E portion of the Post Delivery Work Package.
Provide onsite support during planning reviews, shipbuilding production progress conferences (SPPCs), and trials as required.
Offer technical assessments, evaluations, and advise the government on equipment and system problems during post-delivery tests and trials.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
0-5 years of relevant experience in engineering management, production management, or schedule analysis.
Experience in US Navy programs or operations is preferred.
Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.

Organizational and planning abilities.
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
