The successful candidate will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff, managing all contractual, financial, and procurement aspects of the company’s projects from pre-construction through to final account. This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to make a significant impact within a progressive and expanding organisation.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
  • Lead and manage the commercial function across multiple live projects, ensuring robust financial performance and cost control.
  • Manage procurement and tendering processes, negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best value.
  • Provide strategic input to senior management on project profitability, risk management, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate and timely management of project finances, including cash flow and monthly reporting.
  • Review and administer contract terms, variations, and claims in accordance with company policies and legal obligations.
  • Oversee preparation of budgets, forecasts, valuations, and cost reports.
  • Work closely with the Project Managers, Site Managers, and Design Teams to ensure commercial alignment across all project stages.
  • Mentor and develop junior commercial staff to support their professional growth.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial and financial management of multiple residential and commercial projects based in Blanchardstown and the wider Dublin region.

  • 8+ years’ experience in commercial management or senior quantity surveying roles.
  • Membership of SCSI / RICS (preferred).
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience delivering both residential and commercial developments in Ireland.
  • Proficient in cost management and reporting software (e.g., Excel, BuildSoft, Coins, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of Irish construction contracts, procurement processes, and cost management principles.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
