Hitachi Rail designs, manufactures, and maintains advanced rail solutions across the globe.
Develop and define system design features for communication-based train control systems, while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepares and supports customer requirements compliance assessment and gap analysis.
Promotes a safety culture where product safety is paramount.
Ensures that safety is built into the design by early identification and resolution of safety related defects.
Responsible to bring benchmarking on best practices (internally and out of the company)
Similarly creates new concepts or modifies existing concepts to fulfil customer requirements.

Medium level expertise in URS (Urban Rail Signaling) Systems: - Minimum 3 years on/or similar system complexity-intermediate level of expertise on specialized engineering skills of the CBTC (Communication Based Train Control) domain
2-5 years’ experience in development of software-based System applications
Must have strong communication skills and curiosity for asking people
