The primary objective of this position is to ensure that product is moved from the production floor and put away in the appropriate area of the warehouse while also loading shipments onto various platforms for customer delivery; the technician also moves material within the warehouse for space consolidation and staging for pending shipments.
- Use dual‑front tire forklift to physically move units in to and around warehouse.
- Properly designate location of material within the warehouse management information system.
- Observe safety processes and procedures at all times.
- Maintain a clean work environment through regular housekeeping and cleaning.
- Utilize the in‑house floor scrubber to aid in cleaning.
- Complete all housekeeping activities in a safe manner.
- Read staging reports for product and quantity.
- Use forklift to move the appropriate material and quantity of product to staging area.
- Properly scan product to staging location.
- Complete all staging activities in a safe manner.
- While observing safety processes and procedures, use forklift to place required product onto vehicle.
- Electronically record movement of inventory to order from warehouse information system.
- Safeguard self with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – steel‑toed shoes, eye protection, hearing protection, and long‑sleeved shirt as necessary.
- Use cleaning equipment or tools as necessary for housekeeping duties in accordance with all safety rules.

- Generate and read paperwork and leverage knowledge of warehouse layout to efficiently load product.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Operation of a forklift.
- Experience using a radio frequency terminal (RF Terminal or scan gun).
- Ability to routinely lift up to 40 lbs. without assistance.
- Work up to 12 hours in hot/cold manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work overtime as business conditions require.
Benefits
Job Title: Warehouse Technician; Location: Russellville, AR; Pay Rate: $21.00; Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm; Sign‑on Bonus: $1,000 payable in two installments.
