Manage calls and emails in relation to travel, expense and allowance related queries.
Identify potential travel savings through use of travel booking tools and websites.
Maintain travel booking spreadsheet with live booking data.
Reporting of logged calls by categorisation.
Load details of queries into IT service system, categorise appropriately and re-route to appropriate functional teams for resolution.
Monitor travel desk booking system for hotel and travel requests.

Detailed understanding of expenses and allowances processes and policies.
Intermediate knowledge of the travel, expenses and allowances policies.

Excellent customer service skills.
Methodical and organised approach, including workload prioritisation.
All travel and hotels booked within policy, all exceptions to be approved.
Good level understanding of air, rail and hotel booking processes.
