The Principal Consultant – Value Chain Transformation will join the Circularity and Value Chain Transformation team to help technology‑sector clients design and implement data‑driven supply‑chain strategies that align with global decarbonisation targets. The role involves leading projects for manufacturers, hyperscalers, AI specialists and other Fortune‑500 tech firms, using digital platforms and analytics to improve transparency, emissions reporting and circularity.

Lead and manage multiple technology-focused sustainability projects across their lifecycle, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery with measurable client impact
Manage client relationships and create new opportunities focused on business value and environmental impact
Advise clients on sustainable supply chain strategies, including emissions reduction, resource efficiency, and circularity
Implement and optimise digital solutions for supply chain data collection, monitoring, and reporting (e.g., CDP, Watershed)
Conduct quantitative modelling and scenario analysis to assess supply chain emissions, especially Scope 3 Category 11 (use of sold products)
Perform landscape reviews of industry benchmarks, competitor strategies, and regulatory requirements for sustainable supply chains
Develop reports and presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for executive decision‑making
Provide technical leadership on best practices, standards, and emerging trends in sustainable supply chain management
Build and maintain trusted client relationships, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth
Collaborate with internal experts to deliver integrated solutions and represent Anthesis at industry events
Contribute to thought leadership on sustainable supply chains and digital transformation
Collaborate on projects influencing client sustainability and climate goals

Bachelor’s degree in Material Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field; graduate degree preferred
8+ years of professional experience
5+ years in supply chain sustainability, technology-driven supply chain solutions, or related fields
3+ years in a technology industry such as semiconductor or hardware manufacturing
Proven experience with complex data management systems and digital platforms for sustainability reporting
Experience selling or implementing digital platforms for supply chain data management
Strong understanding of Scope 3 emissions accounting, life‑cycle assessment (LCA), and carbon standards
Familiarity with Category 11 (Use of Sold Products) and product‑level carbon footprinting/decarbonisation
Advanced data analytics skills (Excel required; PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx preferred)
Excellent communication and client management skills with a track record of developing proposals and growing accounts
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, global, virtual environment
