Assist in managing commercial properties, handling operations, finances, and tenant relations.

Tasks

-You successfully lead all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements. -You support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports, budgets and other reports as assigned. -You develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and contractors. -You respond promptly to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations.

What You Bring

-Two to four years of demonstrated ability in commercial real estate -Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel) and Adobe Illustrator. -Experience with contract and leasing agreements preferred. -Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, real estate, or a similar field. -Consistent track record of picking up different software quickly. -Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
