4. Participate in the planning, review, and management of channel marketing activities.
1. Responsible for channel strategy, management, and operations in the Asia-Pacific region, overseeing channel operation management for integrated solar-storage-charging solutions.
2. Conduct channel market analysis and insights.
6. Plan and organize training and empowerment programs for channel partners.
3. Develop channel policies, execute monitoring, management, and evaluation. This includes but is not limited to: channel layout strategy, channel incentive strategy, channel marketing policies, channel entry and exit mechanisms, customer and project reporting regulations, and management rules against cross-regional sales/low-price competition.
3. Strong sense of initiative, responsibility, and self-motivation; willing to embrace challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset.
2. Minimum 3 years of channel operation experience; candidates with channel operation experience in the photovoltaic industry are preferred.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
4. Working proficiency in English and Mandarin.
