Salesforce Administrator responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce platform, integrating sales tools, and improving sales productivity at Bloom Energy.
Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships and renewals.
Integrate AI-driven tools to support sales productivity, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
Evaluate and recommend new tools to incorporate/deprecate to improve sales productivity and reporting.
Partner with Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure accurate forecasting and quota tracking.
Oversee centralized Salesforce.com administration, ensuring changes support stakeholder needs and avoid cross-team disruptions.
Ensure data integrity and hygiene through regular audits and deduplication processes.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into lead attrition, pipeline, performance, and productivity.
Scale our Salesforce architecture to match evolving business needs and GTM motion.

Lead CRM data structure reviews, audits, and cleanups to ensure accuracy and usability.
Own the overall tech stack administration and integration of sales tools such as CPQ, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to streamline lead-to-cash processes.

Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Admin or other Salesforce certifications a plus.
Experience supporting a field sales team or channel sales model.
4–6 years of experience administering Salesforce in a B2B environment, preferably in hardware, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience with sales tools such as CPQ, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms. Ironclad a plus.
Experience architecting Salesforce.com environments for both pre-IPO and publicly traded companies, with a strong understanding of audit and compliance requirements.
Experience with API integrations and basic knowledge of Apex or Flow.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
