Tasks

-Supporting the growth of the management consulting practice by contributing to high-quality deliverables and fostering strong client relationships. -Delivering robust business analysis and strategic advisory services to support client decision-making, investment planning, and organizational transformation. -Providing timely and actionable business insights, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes. -Contributing to Jacobs’ global consulting capability by building cross-regional relationships, sharing knowledge, and enabling seamless delivery across geographies. -Developing insightful reports and presentations that distil complex information into clear recommendations — often working with limited source material to create outputs that drive alignment and impact across client organizations.

What You Bring

-Exposure to diverse data, assessing organisational development structures, diagnosing operational gaps to crafting actionable strategies -A postgraduate or professional qualification in economics, public policy, business administration (MBA), finance, engineering, planning, or a related field. -Excellent analytical capabilities, with a track record of producing high-impact reports — often developed from limited technical and non-technical documentation — that inform strategic decisions and are shared across client organizations. -Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and interpretation, and PowerPoint for executive-level presentations. -Abreast with economic, policy and regulatory environments, and experience in policy advisory, project management, and business development solutions -Proven experience in helping organizations improve performance by identifying and solving complex business problems, developing strategies, and providing expert advice to achieve goals like increasing growth and profitability, and transformation strategies -Experience in benchmarking, economic modelling, business cases writing is an added advantage -8+ years of experience in management consulting or strategic advisory roles, ideally with exposure to infrastructure, government, or capital-intensive sectors. -Ability to work across diverse client environments and to think out of the box -Demonstrated ability in stakeholder engagement, negotiation and working within multi-disciplinary and cross-geography teams.
