Certifications: Fiberglass repair certifications or ACMA Certified Composites Technician preferred, but not required
Tile setting or concrete experience (a plus for Life Floor installation)
Experience in fiberglass repair, marine coatings, industrial painting, or waterslide refinishing (preferred)
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Physical ability to lift heavy objects, work outdoors in all weather, and perform tasks at heights or in confined spaces
Comfortable using spray systems (HVLP, pneumatic, airless, airbrush), rollers, and brushes
Willingness to travel (projects range from several days to several weeks, with occasional month-long assignments)
