Coordinates the activities with distribution operations, customers and installation contractors to ensure a safe, expedient and reliable interconnection process to the distribution system for CT make ready and customer installation efforts.

Manage, develop and evaluate staff to ensure continuous development, focus on results-oriented performance, and attainment of quality metrics. Manage staffing levels within the organization to address peak workload. Responsible for daily management to include budgeting, hiring, coaching, counseling, terminating, and making pay decisions for exempt and non-exempt staff.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to align operations and services with customer service expectations, business needs and regulatory requirements. Streamline and drive solid, documented processes and act as the owner for investigating and delivering process improvement and efficiency.
Direct relationships and work requirements of equipment installation contractors. Assure that contractors performing work are knowledgeable and in compliance with Xcel Energy standards, policies, procedures, and Federal, State and Local regulations.
