The Purchasing Officer is responsible for the successful purchasing of goods and services that support Ventia’s operations across Australia, aligning with all appropriate policies and standards. Based in our Toowoomba office in the CBD, you will work within a collaborative, team‑focused environment.
This role suits candidates with transferable experience from parts interpretation, warehousing, sales, estimating or stock management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook, is required, along with the ability to prioritize tasks, high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking, and strong organisational and time‑management skills.
