Liaise with clients, engineers, project managers to ensure estimates align with technical and contractual requirements.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose alternative methods where appropriate.
Obtain and analyse quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Perform cost analysis, risk assessment, and value engineering to ensure competitive pricing.
Keep up to date with market rates, piling techniques and industry regulations.
Attend pre-tender meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist in budgeting for upcoming projects.

Proven experience as an Estimator
Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and site investigations.
Experience using estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
