Tasks

-Team Collaboration: Partner with managers to support departmental goals and contribute to strategic initiatives. -Special Projects: Take ownership of assigned projects that align with your interests and business needs. -Capstone Presentation: Deliver a final presentation to local leadership summarizing your internship experience, key learnings, and contributions. -Issue Resolution: Review, reconcile, and help resolve client concerns with support from management. -Operational Support: Assist with daily business activities, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and timely responses to requests. -Reporting: Prepare and distribute monthly reports to support business insights and decision-making. -Research & Analysis: Gather information, conduct research, and analyze data to provide actionable insights and informed recommendations. -Client Service: Address day-to-day inquiries, offering accurate information and guidance while ensuring issues are resolved effectively. -Process Execution: Follow established procedures and systems to meet quality standards and operational requirements. -Intern Cohort Engagement: Collaborate with fellow interns to explore the commercial real estate services industry and share learnings. -Project Coordination: Track timelines and milestones to support project delivery.

What You Bring
