- The ability to gain insight beyond a client’s immediate need to identify opportunities that benefit the client through meaningful and productive relationships.
- Significant relevant post qualification structures design experience and a strong successful record of project delivery in structures design including bridges and ancillary civils structures.
- Significant experience with design to Eurocodes and DMRB.
- Extensive experience of delivering projects within tight timescales.

- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural engineering.
- Experience of working on projects from initial tender/bid submissions, project management, leading the production of engineering drawings, obtaining statutory or third party approvals, project administration, etc.
- Proficient with structural design and analysis software such as Autodesk Structural Bridge Design, LUSAS or similar.
- Chartered Membership of the ICE or IStructE (or working towards)
- Extensive civil structures design experience including working on multi-disciplinary projects.
- Significant previous experience of providing project governance on projects.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to adapt your style to suit difference audiences.
