Assisting with completeness of necessary data and maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients
Working closely with all relevant internal stakeholders and ensure that there is effective communication with parties such as L2 Compliance, Operations, Legal, Business Development, & more
Ensure that reviews and conducted in a timely manner within Service Level Agreement (SLAs)
Engaging clients and internal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner - helping to facilitate the collection of relevant documents and information
Identifying potential risks associated with the business relationship and escalate any red flags, concerns
Performing KYC/CDD checks on new clients and conduct periodic reviews for existing clients. Including: reviewing client documents, name screening, adequacy of SOF/SOW corroboration

Degree-level education ideally in a finance / financial services related field
Excellent organizational, time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrable experience of reviewing KYCs of individual and corporate clients - understanding of complex corporate structures is desirable
Experience in Transaction Monitoring is desirable
Existing understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain and regulations across jurisdictions is advantageous
Demonstrable experience in KYC / Client Servicing roles within the financial sector
Experienced in Goole Suite or similar cloud-based tools
