Technical Expertise - act as a subject matter expert on catchment management, water quality, and environmental policy. Scope and evaluate projects for delivery via specialist frameworks.
Collaboration - work cross-functionally to identify synergies and efficiencies across projects and plans such as the Drainage and Wastewater Management Plans
Technical Management - support technical delivery and reporting to meet regulatory requirements. Provide evaluations and recommendations on environmental measures to mitigate predicted challenges.

Experience with water quality monitoring, data analysis, GIS mapping, and dashboard reporting.
Degree (and ideally a Master’s) in Environmental Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
In-depth knowledge of water quality investigations, catchment risk assessments, and translating regulatory requirements into actionable plans.
Ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects to high standards and deadlines.
Proven experience in environmental and water quality investigations and catchment management planning/delivery.
Knowledge of water sector operations and regulatory frameworks.
Experience managing consultancy teams and technical work delivery.
Strong technical report writing and review skills.
