- Contribute to capacity building by sharing knowledge and best practices within the evaluation team.
- Support the design and implementation of evaluation methodologies appropriate to UN or multilateral organization evaluations.
- Translate research findings into actionable recommendations to inform WFP programmatic and strategic decisions.
- Conduct literature reviews, data collection, and qualitative and quantitative analysis for evaluation reports.
- Support multi-lingual research activities, including data collection and report drafting in English and either French or Spanish.
- Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured analytical reports and presentations.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to WFP program evaluations.
- Collaborate with evaluation teams and stakeholders to ensure quality and relevance of evaluation outputs.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle both qualitative and quantitative data.
- Proven experience conducting research and analysis for global-scale evaluations within the UN or other multilateral organizations.
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with evaluation methodologies, data analysis software, and research tools.
- Experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in research and analysis specifically related to evaluations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional UN language (French or Spanish) is mandatory.
