Direct preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for ownership and senior management.

Strong working knowledge of property management systems such as Yardi, AppFolio, or MRI.

Experience in multifamily property management accounting is required.
Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and real estate entity structures.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred.
Proven ability to oversee both domestic and offshore accounting teams and maintain strong communication across time zones.
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
