Must provide excellent guest experience for overall guest satisfaction.
At least 2-years’ experience in playing the instrument you are hired to play.
Proven experience in a show production role or equivalent.
Must perform all assigned pre-shift and post shift duties.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the Luau Show.
Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of management, employees, guest and others in an attentive friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
Must be available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the Luau Show including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Light to Medium work – Lifting up to 20 to 50 pounds of equipment occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Previous guest service experience required.
Must have the ability to identify technical problems and be able to resolve any issues asap.
Must be in compliance with the Hotel rules and regulations.
At least 2-years' experience in a Luau show production or equivalent.
