Production Worker (1st shift)

Description

The Material Handler role supports the Production Department by loading and unloading products from tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, and wood crates, reporting directly to the Lead. This position is ideal for a committed, detail‑oriented team player seeking a career with an industry‑leading organization.

• Load and unload products from tables, racks, trucks, and crates.
• Perform rotating production functions as assigned.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Follow safety policies while executing quality tasks.
• Complete paperwork, communicate effectively, and measure materials accurately.
• Report mechanical or material issues to the lead or supervisor.
• Work flexible overtime hours as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development.

Requirements

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, capable of lifting up to 75 lb, and able to stand or walk on concrete floors for eight hours or more. They are expected to wear company‑issued safety apparel, be flexible with overtime schedules, and possess basic computer skills, with a preference for prior experience.

• Lift up to 75 lb and stand/walk on concrete floors for 8 + hours.
• Wear required safety gear (shirt, hard hat, steel‑toed boots, glasses, hearing protection).
• Utilize basic computer applications (preferred).
