  • Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet maintenance and operational goals
  • Maintain and repair heavy industrial equipment, including rotary cement kilns, ball mills, large gearsets, crushers, and compressors
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
  • Perform regular inspections to prioritize preventative maintenance over reactive repairs
  • Respond urgently to equipment breakdowns while upholding safety and product quality standards
  • Service and troubleshoot a wide range of mechanical systems: fans, blowers, conveyors (belt, bucket, screw, pneumatic), and vibrating screens
  • Maintain accountability by keeping managers informed and owning outcomes of decisions
  • Communicate with operations, delivery teams, and management to resolve mechanical and process issues
  • Repair and maintain gearboxes, clutches, pumps, and other rotating equipment

  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
  • Ability to work in various work environments (hot and cold).
