- Update and maintain customer information in the database.
- Provide positive, efficient, educative and professional experiences to customers and clients at all times.
- Manage all customer enquiries, applications, and complaints via multi-channel modes i.e. phone, email etc.
- Support operational engagement with contracted partners.
- Work closely with supporting departments and team members towards successfully executing activities.
- Coordinate call center operations and directly manage customer inquiries and complaints (minimum of three years of experience).
