What you would be doing

Update and maintain customer information in the database.
Provide positive, efficient, educative and professional experiences to customers and clients at all times.
Manage all customer enquiries, applications, and complaints via multi-channel modes i.e. phone, email etc.
Support operational engagement with contracted partners.
Work closely with supporting departments and team members towards successfully executing activities.
Coordinate call center operations and directly manage customer inquiries and complaints (minimum of three years of experience).
