Prepare Certificates of Completion for all compliance training.
Supply regulated information to customers as needed.

Assist in organizing and scheduling training classes.
Maintain file system on each employee’s evaluation criteria and evaluation forms.

Maintain all documentation on each person’s training history.
Work closely with Compliance Manager in the organization and development of the OQ management systems and file retrieval.
Review testing documents for accuracy and provide corrections when necessary.
Maintain necessary stock levels of materials required for OQ Compliance.
Maintain records for divisional, regional, and customer reports.
Maintain stock levels of training materials required for each training topic. Ensure appropriate materials are provided to each trainee for each class.
Maintain database software program for all employees’ qualifications.
Provide OQ compliance reports to external entities, as required.
Maintain training schedule and roster for each training session.
Follow up on results of drug tests for new hire candidates and current employees.
Establish new drug testing facilities with the company’s third party administrator.

Associate’s degree in business management, human resources, or a related field.
Knowledge of DOT drug and alcohol testing procedures. Familiarity with federal regulatory processes, audits and procedures of compliance. Certifications or training in DOT drug and alcohol testing.
Good organization of time and workspace; meet multiple, competing project deadlines. Critical thinking, good judgment, and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access).
Use of multiple types of visual aids.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient use of the Internet.
1+ year compliance-related administrative experience, especially within pipeline operations.
