Geotechnical Engineer

Description

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers as needed.
• Prepare engineering reports, calculations, and recommendations based on field and laboratory data.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of reports and project milestones.
• Conduct field inspections, including on-site coordination of geotechnical drilling activities and construction monitoring.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high-quality service and project execution.
• Perform geotechnical analysis and develop constructible solutions using sound engineering practices.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret geotechnical data.
• 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in geotechnical engineering.
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills for client interactions and report preparation.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification required, P.E. preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with coursework emphasis in geo-sciences or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
