Work closely with global business units to prepare consolidated financial statements and public documents on a quarterly and annual basis, including the Supplemental and MD&A
Support internal and external audit teams in relation to quarterly reviews, the annual audit and SOX compliance
Assist in preparing consolidated financial forecasts, tracking global operating results of subsidiaries and articulating these results to key stakeholders
Collaborate regularly with operating business groups and various Brookfield departments
Produce financial reporting deliverables provided to the Board and senior management
Present various analyses and reports for senior management, such as operating metrics and corporate financial results to support their business decision-making
Assist as needed with due diligence related to refinancing, ad-hoc analyses and presentations on financial and operating results, investor queries and special projects
Continuously look for efficiency in our processes, tools and reports and make suggestions to implement these into our framework

Highly organized and able to work in a dynamic, complex and fast-paced environment, as well as adapt quickly to manage changing priorities and deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial systems experience, including advanced Excel skills
Working towards completion of recognized professional accounting designation (CPA)
Knowledge of HFM, OneStream and Workiva would be an asset
Self-motivated and pro-active, with respect to both managing workload and professional development
One to two (1-2) years of progressive work experience in an accounting or auditing function
Leadership and interpersonal skills, and the willingness to always support the team
