Development of Technical queries, finding solutions and sending internal and external RFI’s to ensure engineering resolution to support site operations.
Assist in producing and managing ship loose list.
Coordinate procurement process, inclusive of completing material take-offs, sending our RFQ’s, ordering materials, and ensuring materials arrive to staging and drop zones timely.
Review and verify drawings, specifications, BOMs, work orders and material availability prior to and during manufacturing.
Conduct administrative duties in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures related to planning and execution.
Plan and manage internal and external expediting to maintain project schedules.
Assist in producing and managing RCL list.
Assist as needed in documentation and reporting of current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.

Minimum of (2) years’ experience in industrial, technical, or manufacturing environment.

Able to travel to various job sites.
