Operations Assistant Project Manager

Description

• Development of Technical queries, finding solutions and sending internal and external RFI’s to ensure engineering resolution to support site operations.
• Assist in producing and managing ship loose list.
• Coordinate procurement process, inclusive of completing material take-offs, sending our RFQ’s, ordering materials, and ensuring materials arrive to staging and drop zones timely.
• Review and verify drawings, specifications, BOMs, work orders and material availability prior to and during manufacturing.
• Conduct administrative duties in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures related to planning and execution.
• Plan and manage internal and external expediting to maintain project schedules.
• Assist in producing and managing RCL list.
• Assist as needed in documentation and reporting of current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.

Requirements

• Preferred to have BS/BA degree, or previous experience in project coordination/management.
• Minimum of (2) years’ experience in industrial, technical, or manufacturing environment.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast paced and evolving work environment, effectively working both independently and as part of a team.
• Able to travel to various job sites.
