Utilizes a workstation to prepare Landscape drawings consisting of general arrangements, grading plans, layouts, details, etc., from rough sketches and/or from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures.
Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of Landscape drawings.
Develop and maintain CAD and BIM libraries, continually advancing the platforms’ efficiency and utilization
Utilizes technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes and company policies.
Provide front line project specific support to design teams.
Provide ongoing training to existing users for CAD, Revit and Civil 3D.
Assist with creation of CAD/BIM standards and the implementation of the same throughout the firm.

Must be fluent in English both written and spoken with good capability in oral and written communication skills;
Has experience in Clash Detection process using Navisworks/ Revizto.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with different personality types.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Architecture / Landscape / Urban Planning/Urban Design from an accredited institution.
Has the ability to create landscape BIM model and drawings within Revit/ Civil 3D to fulfill client requirement from LOD 100-LOD 350.
Becomes familiar with various standards and codes such as ISO 19650, BS 1192, etc.
Computer skills and the ability to utilize design software are mandatory.
Minimum six (6) years demonstrable experience of BIM/ CAD design production experience in a multi-disciplinary environment, preferably landscape projects.
Understands how to read orthographic (2D) and/or isometric (3D) designs and supplier/manufacturer drawings.
In-depth working knowledge of current Autodesk products such as but not limited to AutoCAD, Civil3D and Revit with proficiency in BIM/ CAD processes.
Experience with BIM/ CAD instruction and training.
